Planning of 'Do It Like Dude'

Characters Brooke Chantelle Ruth  Jessica Storyboard Location  LOCATION 1: Tredegar Square, Bow E3 This is the location of Megan's House. We have decided to chose this location because as we are challenging stereotypes, you would'nt expect a girl who comes from a well off family and lives in this sort of house to fall into the wrong crowd.   LOCATION 2:  Eric Street, Bow E3 We have decided to use this location for Keisha's house. It portrays the familys financial status. The audience will also obviously  think that its this girl thats part of the gang, which adds the twist to our movie. Characters: We are looking for the following characters: Main Character 1- Brooke-(posh girl gone bad) Jessica-Mariam Main Character 2 -Chantelle (girl we percieve as a 'hoodrat', but actually wants to get an education) Chantelle Friend Ruth-Idowu Auditions To find theses characters, auditions took place. We did this by creating posters calling for all talented actors to audition for the movie. We put them in all the school registers. The auditions took place on Wednesday 2nd March 2011. The auditionees were given 3 scenarios to choose from and some prepared a monologue. Below are the shots from the audition:                                                                            Evaluation: After auditions took place on Wednesday, as a group we failed to organize when and where we would be filming first. Due, to unreliable actors none of the above who auditioned are in the opening of the film. Most of those who auditioned are year 11 students, who are currently doing their GCSEs, so this was obviously a difficult time to film as they weren't always available.
